Come take part in the annual East Tennessee Polar Plunge at the Toqua Boat Ramp, Unicoi Turnpike (SR 360) Vonore, and help us keep East Tennessee Beautiful! The Monroe County Tourism Department and Visit Loudon County will be hosting the annual East Tennessee Polar Plunge on January 1, 2024 on Toqua Boat Ramp, Unicoi Turnpike (SR 360), Vonore, TN. Proceeds from the event will go to Keep Monroe County Beautiful to help in their efforts to protect the Tellico Reservoir. Join other courageous folks and jump into the chilly waters at 12:00 noon on New Year's Day, January 1, 2024. Not only will it be for a good cause, but it's a great way for the entire family to start off 2024! Register in advance and receive $5 off the registration price! Early Registration ends December 31, 2023 - $30 adults - $20 kids 17 and under. Day of Registration from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Toqua Boat Ramp - $35 Adults $25 kids 17 and under.
