Roane State Workforce Development is pleased to offer the SHRM Essentials of Human Resources program beginning August 6, 2026. Developed in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), this instructor-led course provides practical, real-world training designed to help participants build confidence in managing people and making sound employment decisions.
